This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the AdLane website (adlane.ai), business portal, and related advertiser-facing services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Business name, your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
• Campaign Information: Target ZIP codes, campaign budgets, creative assets you upload, and other campaign configuration details.
• Payment Information: Banking and payment details processed through Stripe. AdLane does not store full credit card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers.
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team or through the Platform.
• Waitlist & Early Access: Business name, contact name, email, city, phone, and budget range submitted via our waitlist form.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, browser version, and unique session identifiers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns within the business portal.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) on the website to collect aggregated usage statistics including page views, referral sources, and geographic region.

4. Campaign Reporting & Location Data

Campaign reports show which neighborhoods and ZIP codes your ads reached, how many impressions were logged, and which routes were covered. This reporting is built from aggregated, anonymized fleet route data — Advertisers never receive individual operator identities or raw GPS tracks. Reports are generated for your campaigns only and are not shared with other Advertisers.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your financial data.
• Google / Firebase: Authentication, database hosting (Firestore), cloud functions, and hosting infrastructure. Data is stored in Google Cloud's U.S. data centers.
• Google Analytics: Aggregated website usage statistics.
• Magnet production & install partners: The creative assets you submit are shared with our vetted print and install partners as needed to fulfill your campaign.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of AdLane or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest (Google Cloud), Firebase security rules restricting data access by role, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request.
• Campaign data & reports: Retained for 24 months after a campaign ends for audit, dispute resolution, and historical reporting.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Waitlist submissions: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings or by contacting us.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting drive@adlane.ai. Note that some data may be retained as required by law.
• Export your data in a portable format upon request.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by updating notification preferences in your account.
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any future sale of personal information (we do not currently sell personal information). 10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.

11. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The AdLane website uses essential cookies for functionality and Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
